Hi there people, I just wanted to ask what programs to use for making mods. You know this is my first time to make mods, and there is first time for everything!

converting cars/wheels etc -> 3ds max 5 /zmod
java editing/programming -> editplus / notepad engine sounds -> cool edit pro 2.0 / audacity textures -> adobe photoshop |
