was wondering if someone could help me im looking to move the placement of the running gear so i can go lower for certain vehicles without having camber problems and tire sink

Easy way: use VStanced or MrSir's suspension.
Harder way: use SLRR Editor to move suspension slots.
The hardest way (for non-SLRR-modding people): use Notepad (or any other text editor) to move suspension slots.
