So yesterday the guys stayed over till nearly 4am last night, we pulled the motor from the car to spray the bay, then we test fitted a set of Origin Lab S13 fenders.

My 180SX has gone thru some changes today.
Firstly, the clear tailights - FamousMan gave them to me for free, seeing he didn't quite like them. They aren't wired up and I haven't decided if I want to run them, and I reinstalled my Type X wing. Then we had some fun with a bunch of stickers. And finally, the PS13 Aero bumper came in from Up Garage today and on it we fitted an APR Racing splitter and Origin Lab canards. All for a solid $900. Car looks fucking fresh! |

Where did the rear bumper go? I don't really like the clear taillights but i love the front end now, looks like a racecar.

Clear tails look good on there as well, would have run them myself but I just prefer the Kouki look. @David: That's the joy of owning an S13! |

Fitment game on point. I don't know if I'll ever be able to get the Evo that low. I'm too afraid of bottoming out or rubbing lol.

Thanks! Can't wait to get it all riced out like yours
progress has been slow these few days - sold the purple RMS13 as someone offered me 2.14million yen ($20,000 roughly) for the whole car as is. Sad to see it go but onto new things! I used some of that money ($2000) to pick up a set of brand new 326power 304mm brakes, with purple 4 pot calipers, bought directly from Stancenation Japan (https://parts.stancenation.com/products/326-power-big-brake-kit). I only bought two as a full set would run me $4000 and I don't really want to swap out my dual caliper rear setup currently. I also threw on a set of Model 5's I had in the shop, 17x9.5 +35 with a 25mm spacer, fills the arches nicely. Then took the car out to the docks for a late night street sesh. Car ran mint the whole time I was out - the SR was happy to oblige to my lead foot and I was able to drive home afterwards as well. Great night. |

Garage has been feeling a little empty with only a 180SX and JZX100, so tonight I went out and test drove a new car.
My friend Yoshi's S15 Spec-R daily. It's a super clean example (full interior, completely straight, no rust) and has minimalistic mods. It's currently sat on S14 wheels because he doesn't want to sell his VS-XX's along with the car. It's all stock body, SR20DET built quite similarly to mine but on a lower boost setting (roughly 350ps) and is sitting on Tein coilovers. He asks $9,000, which is a price i am quite happy to pay. Maybe I won't cut this one up. I said that about the 180 too though.. |

And indecisive me decided to not jump on the S15 deal...mainly cause I've owned two in the past and wanted to switch it up.
SO. Bought this. A 2003 Nissan Z33 Fairlady. Don't be fooled by the super clean exterior and nice wheels, it's actually..all stock underneath. Stock as hell VQ35DE under the hood, 180,000km on the motor, 200,000km on the chassis. Has an R33 diff, six speed, probably makes around 260 horsepower compared to the then new 280hp rating. I don't get to keep the VS-XX's, it's sat on Nismo Z wheels atm. Was a fair $6000. |

Very clean car you have got there, I've always had a bit of a thing for those. That's also my favourite colour option.

Thanks! Nothing too crazy at the moment, probably going to fit some nice wheels to it, bump up the power, and attempt to daily it.
Stripped the 180SX over the past few days and have been busy painting it..not going to paint the rear section as I still plan on running no bumper and want to keep the stickers I have on there. Car's back from the shop, but I'm not revealing it till the livery is complete |

Okay fine. Spent all of today piecing the car back together. Picked up some brand new Spirit Rei sideskirts and quickly sprayed them. (earlier pic) And now rocking some sweeeet SSR Koenigs. They measure 17x10j +5 in the front and 17x10j +0 in the rear. (Left over from a past R33 I built) FUCK This post was edited by marcus915 (2016-05-12 02:26, ago) |

The new colour looks good with the 326 brakes! The rims are also nice, but the Works you had before looked better, i think. Be careful when driving it though, i hope the roads there in Japan are smooth af.

Thanks man! The Koenig's are temp, don't worry haha. They're from a previous R33 that I built and crashed.
Henry I couldn't come today! Was waiting on my wheels and tailights! Speaking of which. Ganador tailights. $600 off Yahoo JP. Haven't wired them but DAAAANG. And. Genuine Blitz S2. 17x9.5 all around with a +5 offset in the front and a +0 offset rear. Long live graphics and shiny things. |
