# FastCars : I would get you a hood and bumper at a junkyard... but shipping would cost a lot AND 328i's are proubly more common in the UK than Japan. Even though in Japan there not that hard to find at auction.
And if you daaarree put a M3 kit on... jk jk. Lol but if you did i would feel like i would have to keep my bmw. But in the future ill get a REAL M3! MAUUAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAAA! M3's are way easier and cheaper to find in Japan than UK, cuz i heard there pretty rare in the european versions.
LOL, they are around but most are rust buckets

Added 34 seconds later:

The rad was broken so its gone anyway, looking at a koyorad or something

Added 1 minute later:

Anyway gotta travel and hour to go home for some sleep otherwise the car wont get started on tomorrow

The update is only small but is mainly about the engine and the progress towards been fitted properly - Zero

Added 16 minutes later:

So the update. First of all i had to get a new radiator since the original broke, luckily i sourced an ARC radiator which is neatly tucked behind the grill and the massive Mishimoto front mount i also picked up for some more power. As well as all that i had the idea of new exhaust, i straight piped it and made it come out as twins!

I was just having a neb around a local scrappy and i found a gem and a half, a perfect OPEL ASTRA GSi in white.
It's missing only a few parts as i was told it was an ex rally car. Needs front bumper, rear bumper and hood.
Plans:
Spray Flame Red or Arden Blue
Bumpers
C20XE
New exhaust
Lowered
Rims
Price:
V$1200 + V$300 for hatch and doors + mirrors

What am i left with:
2JZ E36
Golf MK2 C20XE
ASTRA GSi Street Car Project
And a lower bank balance V$9405
Pics:

Added 3 minutes later:

I also sold the scrappy my left over parts/spares for V$1250 which is a plus

Added 23 minutes later:

Was just on the phone with a vauxhall breakers, said that he has some taillights and headlights with sideskirts and front bumper for V$400 so i said yea (obvs), waiting for the bloke to sort postage as too lazy to collect and while i was waiting i searched GumTree for a C20XE and i found one, all the way at the bottom of the country. :( But im gonna offer V$800 for it since they are rare.

Added 48 minutes later:

# FastCars : I managed driving it without a radiator, didn't need one :) but u will cuz ur driving style.
Honestly, i rag the bollocks of everything ive owned. In my eyes break it, so you can fix it and enjoy it longer.

Added 43 minutes later:

So while waiting for parts to arrive i bought some Greddy Type - R Coilovers with matching springs from a mate and put that onto astra as well as some black steelies which look really good.

About an hour later, i received all the parts for the C20XE and body such as lights etc. I am still searching for a rear bumper.

No, i sold him my left over parts from the 2j build. Scrapyards in england usually take a large stock of parts as well so thought why not

Oh, not your fault, just i type the way i speak most of time and british people word things differently so my bad

Added 4 minutes later:

So long story short, i've technically moved shops. My brother asked if i needed more space since i own three cars in a tiny garage so i said yea, he threw me some keys and gave me an address. This was what i walked into, Enjoy :)
Cheeky shot of car, hints towards next update. Rest of shots are actual warehouse.

I did but its been bored i think as i was asking dyno tech guy if he could check engine over since it wasnt fueling right, he did a fuel test and cylinder capacity test and it came out to be a 2.0l

Added 3 minutes later:

Also since the astra is on coils i lowered it from 7.5 inch to 6 inch and put slight camber into the front and rear wheels, defo sitting prettier :)

And if wheels farther than wheel arches is too, just don't get caught. Don't say I didn't warn you... I did that stuff when I was a kid in my 97 Z28 then I got into a accident and the cops came and a day later they charged me for reckless driving and driving a illegal vehicle on the road (not irl just in rp when I was 17)

Well 240s are pretty cheap but my yellow one was pretty, average or low for a s13 in japan cuz they usually go for 3k if it says 180SX, but I can find you a silvia s13 or s14 for s15 for cheaper (idk y silvias are less $ than the SX's), I was gonna get one of those soon anyway but my dad wants me to get a gtr or just any 4wd skyline so we look rich, in our neighborhood.

You can pay like 3k in shipping and fees to move it to japan cuz you guys drive the same side of road as Japan. But ull get 5k for ur beemer or 6k. Besides if you get a S-Chassis for cheap the mods will mostly payback if u ever decide to sell it cuz its that type of car.

if u wanna wait like 2 days to sell you can list it for 6k. But your car body don't look that good, or u can resell ur 2j and put back in the old engine but ull barely get extra and its not worth it.

The body is decent just needs a buff and new wax putting on but i would rather it go now as atm its taking up unwanted space in small garage as its not even legal

Added 16 minutes later:

So a older looking guy came upto workshop and said he noticed the for sale sign, he said hes interested. I said minimum V$5000 and he said he will pay V$5250 for it with tax and mot so i agreed. The 2JZ36 is gone people. V$6955 + V$5250 = V$12,205.
Just gotta pay V$6k for rest of my cars to get shipped to japan.

Added 6 minutes later:

Also astra has been primered about an hour ago, didnt give it time to dry since i wanted a pic.
