Does anyone know how to set cfg file back to Windows Shell because I accidently changed it?

I have accidentally changed the cfg file to command prompt (.cmd) and now it doesn't let me change the file

change the format from .cmd(dafuk) to .cfg :) make sure your windows is set to show the formats
