Hello friends, yesterday my SLRR is suddenly closed by itself and after that I could not play again because even opens. Not to give power to re-open it. please i need help. I hope not having to reinstall everything because there is not the amount of things that I have in the.

go in task manager and kill that shit ... worked for me

he means its more then likley running in background so stop it in task manager ctl+alt+del

OK I have gone into the task manager and I dont see the SLRR started and try to open it again and does nothing. computer stays thinking and then does nothing and closes the process

Then go into the next tab and look for slrr related stuff. Click it and then click "end task"

have done everything you said, I removed the SLRR in the processes tab and dont know if there is something else that has to do with the game. I'm back to start it and does the same. My computer starts thinking and does not start. Ive got windows 7. Should I try wiht any compatibility version??

try a restart of the pc for the sake of it
 you know the magic "Turn it on and off" trick..

you could also try deleting the options save file will reset all the resolutions an shit, might help not the career save

Added 6 hours 22 minutes later: It may be because something in my game is failing because it do not let me enter that SLRR but unzipped another game that was saved and if you let me go. But I get no failure on the error script because I cant even run the game Added 38 seconds later: Ive tried to delete option save files but nothing happens:(:( This post was edited by elawai17 (2013-07-01 17:06, ago) |

well if the other version works start to put the cars and parts in to that one 1 at a time and keep checking to see if it works mabe a mod that you had in game but not used much thats in a save file also if you make a backup of your save file then del the game save see if its a save file error ?

Im decides to reinstall but i wanted to know if is there any mod or pack which contains cars engines on it. How does slrr by jack goes??

never a good idea to get a pre modded version as some mods might not work for you like the person that put them together best to build your game up and when you get it just right rar a copy so you dont need to start all over

Well Im back. Ive restarted my SLRR and my only new problem is that I cant go to Valo City. Is there any fix for this??

Well, because of the mods you're SLRR crashes a lot in Valo City, and i think that's why you can't go in there. Try other maps. Mine didn't work too
