New sound effects for SLRR

THESE SOUND EFFECTS WERE MADE FOR 2.2.1 / MWM / LE2MWM SO IN 2.3.0. LE THE CHEAT SOUNDS WILL BE MISSING


Changed the sound effects of slrr, I was tired of the fucking announcer who is a fucking dumbass, and replaced him with the dude of Street Fighter x Tekken, plus the menu sound effects are a mix of the Gran Turismo 2, Sonic Unleashed, Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Super Smash bros brawl, i hope you guys like it ^^
